Mesh office chair (1075 Valencia Avenue)
Comfortable mesh office chair with adjustable armrests. It has a knob underneath that adjusts the height of the seat and the angle of the back rest. A neighbor left it out. It appears to be in very good condition. It is behind the dumpster shed, closest to the parking gate at the right side of the end of Valencia Avenue, off South Mary Avenue in Sunnyvale, and behind the Crosswalk Church parking lot. 1075 Valencia Avenue is closest to the parking gate and 1045 Valencia is visible at the end of the street. Please include your available pick up time in your response if you want me to let you in the parking gate. I’m available late afternoon or early evening. Otherwise, you can walk in from the right side of building 1045 to get to the parking lot. Please let me know if you picked it up so I can delete the post.

I need about 70 square feet to correctly re-install a flagstone boarder. Yep, I installed it first with just pea gravel and flagstones. Now I have weeds poking through! Duh.
