White Plastic Toilet Roll Holder. It will hold the larger Charmin rolls, but just barely. When using the larger rolls the rolls won't easily come out of the holder, you have to reach in and bring them out. It's fairly easy though. Outside could use a good cleaning Stands approximately 23inches tall Base is 6 inches diameter Top is 5 1/2 inches diameter. You must be able to pick up.
