7 sets of louvered, off-white wooden shutters that cover bottom or top half of windows. Very good condition, with hardware. All panels are 31 1/2” tall. 4 sets have a pair of panels each 18 1/4” wide. 3 sets have a pair of panels each 16” wide. We can’t transport but can provide a cart to take them down in our elevator.

Do you have an unwanted half size Franklin Covey or Daytimer binder? I am looking for one with a zipper, and pencil storage for inside with zipper, 5.5" x 8.5". This is the size that is HALF OF A LETTER SHEET. FC called it 'classic', I don't know what Daytimer called this. Will pickup Frederick (SE), Urbana, New Market, Mt Airy.

Sectional in the Fleetwood area (Near Fleetwood High School)
This sectional is still in very good shape with no tears and only minor staining on the seating which could come out with a good cleaning. Tan/light brown microfiber cloth which has held up very well. Recliners on both the left and right arm pieces. Dimensions: left side is 98” from corner to end of arm. Right side is 144” from corner to end of arm. The seats are 36 “ from front to back. All pieces but the wedge piece have detachable back cushions for easier transport although a truck will be needed. More than happy to help someone load it up! Available after April 5th. Flexible on pickup time.
