This is a Bosch integral dish washer that doesn't work. The fault is that it trips the RCD. There are 2 possibilities: the electrics have got wet or, most likely, the heater element has become "low insulation". In either case, it is repairable by a competent electrician.
We are getting a new one pretty soon so the old one will be taken away.
It's worth a bit as scrap I should think.
