USB Battery Bank / Packs (Hampreston BH22)

I'm looking for used USB battery banks of any size or capacity, even completely dead ones. The kind you may have given up on and put in a drawer. Anything considered! I'm an electronics / IT hobbiest and I'm looking into ways they might be refurbished or reused, along with learning about the technology as I go. Thanks!
