Bike basket that was meant to attach to handlebar but wasn't a perfect fit, and then the holder broke in the attempt.
We got a different basket that was made for our model of bike.
It's still suitable if you either already own a basket holder that would fit this basket, or have the tools & skill to re-solder or otherwise re-attach the frame into the correct position.
