In working order, and buttons work, holds a decent charge.
The bendable securing piece broke (illustrated in red) so there is nothing to secure it around the ear.
Could use an elastic band to secure it around your head lol. So for around the home it would suffice!
Comes with a spare unused rubber ear piece, 2 spare inserts, and a USB charging cable.
