Loft ladder (Manor Farm BS10)

Loft ladder from b and q I think. No pole (we need it to open the hatch still, sorry!) Or screws.
It measures 280cm fully extended, our ceiling is about 245cm and we replaced it when we increased insulation.

There is some surface rust on the hinge attachment (pictured) but it still feels solid, and the ladder rests on the floor and against the edge of the loft when you're climbing it anyway...
