I'm really ashamed to ask but I'm desperate and don't know what else to do.

Does anyone have a commode that they want rid of? I can't afford one right now but an injury on top of my disabilities means I'm stuck on one floor of the house. I can either choose between food or the toilet right now.

The only family member in the position to help me won't, and I had my carer support removed, mostly because I'm in my early 30s and because the support worker felt my family should help me instead so I'm not a burden on the state. His actual words.

At least if I have a commode then I can sleep on my sofa until I'm recovered and have both needs met.

Sorry if I've blabbered on. My head is all over the place and I'm trying not to spiral.
