To mount on a flange plate towbar between the two hook and the mounting flange.
Carries up to four bikes.
I have used this access two vehicles but I am unable to mount on my current car so I am offering this up so others can get out in this glorious weather.
The item is complete including its mounting plate. The padding on the bars are for the way I had it mounted on my previous people carrier.
