Hi All,
I am in need of some help in trying to sort out the carpet and underlay in my main room. It has been down for over 30 years but it has been literally falling apart slowly over the last 5 or so years and is finally on it's last legs. I have long term health issues so money is very tight and I cannot afford to buy new given the size of the room. My room size is 4.46m x 4.40 m so I appreciate it is very unlikely that I will be lucky enough to replace the whole carpet. However if anyone has any smaller carpets/underlay/large rugs that they are planning on replacing in the next few months, could I be considered before you dispose of them to the tip. They may help in covering up the most damaged areas. Staining, even bad stains/marks might not be an issue depending on location on the carpet itself as I might be able to cover them with furniture and or rugs. Pictures and measurements of such stains would be a huge help in working out whether I can make use of the item. Thanks for reading.
