Washing machine (New Catton NR3)

John Lewis washing machine. A couple of times in the last 2 months it has failed to drain when a heavy wash is in (towels etc). The first time it recovered on the next wash. The second time it didn't. May just sort itself or may need a repair. Our friends have given us their old washing machine so we are giving this one away. Apart from this it has been very reliable!
