IKEA HENMES white single bed frame with 90 x 200 (Euro sized single) Sultan Fidjetun foam mattress. Bed is sturdy but has a few scrapes in places. Mattress is clean, as it has always been used with a mattress protector.
It would probably require a large estate car or van to move it though it does come apart and someone fit and able to uplift it.
