Medium suitcase - defective handle (North Chingford)

Soft-sided medium sized expanding Antler suitcase, two wheels, telescopic handle which is defective. I can no longer extend the handle further than 25cm, which makes it impossible for me to manage. Other than that, it is in very good condition. Actual dimensions (unexpanded) are roughly 56cm x 34cm x 22cm.
