Oil on canvas painting (Chiswick W4)

Maybe Dover? Nice painting, but we just don't have the wall space. There is an inscripion on the back - see pic, so it is old. There is a tiny bit of damage, in the sky section, but it looks good on the wall. Overall size 53cm wide, 33cm tall.
