Water cooler with hot + cold water (Mississauga Valley)

Does anyone have a water cooler kicking around they are willing to spare? It is for a single mom renting a basement with a kitchen shared with another family upstairs. She would greatly appreciate this so she has water handy for drinking for the kids, especially for late and early hours when she doesn't want to disturb the other family in the kitchen.
