knitting wool (Chipping Campden GL55)

Hi, I'm looking for knitting wool (any amount) to keep one of our Ukrainian grannies busy knitting scarves for Christmas shoe boxes. Also looking for any small items to go into the boxes which are sent to eastern Europe: odd crayons, pencils, soap, toothbrushes, small games, hats etc.
