Small Rowing Boat (Warsash SO31)

I’m looking for a small fibreglass rowing boat with or without oars etc for my 14 yr old son to fix up and use on the river Hamble. I would appreciate it if anybody knows of one lying around. Will obviously come and collect it. Thank you
