Scruffy 3-drawer chest (St Albans AL1, nr Marshalswick)

Could anyone make use of this chest of 3 drawers as an 'upcycle' project? It is a good strong John Lewis chest originally bare wood. We painted it white (without undercoat) but it's been in the garage and the paint is peeling off. The top is very scruffy. If it's no use, we'll take it to the tip but thought we'd ask on here first. Collection from AL1 between Marshalswick and Morrisons. Please could you say where you are coming from and when you can collect? Thanks.
