High Chair (Kenn Road BS21)

Silver Cross Sovereign Highchair, white and grey, with wheels and brakes, tilts back for sleeping child, has 3 trays and safety harness. Used only at grandparents but we are the second owners. The harness could do with a wash but I can't figure out how to remove it. It should fold up and the chair has several vertical positions but we've never used these so not sure how they work.
