Hammer drill (Chichester West Sussex)

I am looking for a hammer drill if anybody has a old one my elderly father keeps falling and refuses help so I need a drill so I can fit some rails and some safety measures for him to save more falls I purchased a second hand one but was sold a non working one didn't have any power left in it if anybody can help I would be super grateful sure he would be too
