Simple Smart Watch (Stone Cross BN23)

This is un-used and in it's box, first, it is too large for me,second I can't get to grips with it.. :( I think it needs a new battery,as it has stayed in the box, It works ok-ish and looks nice on, but I just cannot deal with it.....I expect somebody could sort it out, or maybe a dress up item .....I would be grateful for a quick pick up
