White ikea hemnes wardrobe (Chelsea SW3)

Welcome to have this. Person who takes it will have to dismantle it also ( possibly need two people) and probably have some knowledge of woodwork as it has been dismantled and reassembled once before. Because of this some screws could be missing. But someone familiar with this type of thing could easily repair.
After you disassemble and reassemble a piece of furniture, the quality of the product can be degraded by creating more space between screw holes and parts than originally existed.
If someone knows about woodwork/carpentry/handyman it can be perfect as can reinstall it well. Or otherwise if needed the wood can be used for something else, up-cycling maybe.
Person collecting will need to disassemble it though and bring necessary tools.
