Sling or buggy to carry a dog about. (Penrith CA11)

My dog can't walk very far now, but I would still like to take her about. I'm looking for either some sort of sling that helps to take her weight off my arms, or a robust dog buggy. Anyone who could help would be much appreciated. I'm in Penrith.
