Sturdy wooden chair frame in need of seat repair (Cockfosters EN4)

This chair is of vintage age, but the frame is in good condition. As the photos show, it is in need of a seat repair.
It is approximately 39cm wide and deep; the seat height is 43cm and the back is a further 43cm in height.
