Rings and cords to lower wardrobe hanging points (Pond Park HP5)

About 30 curtain rings on individual cords to hang onto wardrobe bar to make it easier to hang clothes for someone who finds it difficult to reach up to the wardrobe's top bar. A clothes hanger hooks into the ring so it's lower and easier to get hold of - particularly for an elderly person or someone with shoulder or reaching difficulties. Cord plus rings cost around £25 to create. Would you please help with postage? Thanks.
