laptop for work (Soma or Financial district)

Hoping to get a laptop able to run QuickBooks and excel office type software nothing to fancy. I recently lost everything in a fire and need to get back to work doing remote bookkeeping for various contractors and small businesses. It can be an older one or even a Chromebook I'm not picky just need one that can handle a lot of windows open at the same time and accounting software and email programs. Thanks so much for reading!
