Burned up(?) Skil Saw 5150 (in Dallas, near Paulding High)

my saw took a tumble and busted the rear end. The brushes don't stay put anymore. If you have a saw that quit on ya I could use the housing. Doesn't have to be a 5150 but does need to be the same brand, SkilSaw, 7-1/4" thanks.
