Comfortable small sofa/loveseat in good condition. Deep seat, better for average-to-plus size people than for petite types. Foot rests come up easily with side handles. I will supply measurements to any who inquire (sorry don't have them now). Because of the double reclining mechanisms, it is very heavy and needs two strong people to move. No stairs to get it out of living room, just a few feet to the door, one step out, 10 feet to one step up to driveway (or no step going over lawn).
