School Uniform: white blouses, black trousers and skirts (Cold Harbour OX1)

Am helping someone to source school uniform for their daughter who starts secondary school in September. She is looking for age 12-13 white blouses (long or short sleeve), skirts and trousers. She cannot afford to buy new. Thanks
