Any old Android phone (Center Valley)

Hello! My son needs an android phone for a remote control car project. He just bought one at a flea market but sadly it wouldn't turn on. It doesn't matter what company or even if the screen is cracked. He just needs it to download an app. Thank you so much for the consideration!
