Lloyd loom glass top replacement (Sandylands LA3)

I know this is a long shot but I am after the glass top (only) from a Lloyd Loom rectangle piece of furniture. I have broken mine and need a replacement size 15" x 12" (38x30.5cm) I can upcycle the cabinet and pass on once I can remove the glass. Doesn't matter the condition of the item as long as the glass is not broken or chipped.
