Camping washing line (St Dennis)

Looking for an indoor/outdoor camping washing line for a disabled friend of mine that can’t do her own washing and she has piles of it needing washing and drying which a clothes line would help a lot, camping wizzy line would be great so her carers can bring it in and out as needed, st Austell areas would also be great, Thank you so much in advance
