This appliance works and has been used until very recently. It was in an area that was subject to a flood, and possibly some of the wiring/electronics have suffered some corrosion. Since this time we have only ever used it when we are in the house and would never leave it on and go out.
On occasion, it will trip the circuit breaker when it is being used. And we tend to unplug when not in use.
Collection can be as soon as possible by arrangement.
