Ladies shopper bike (Kilburn DE56)

Looking for a ladies/girls shopper style bike, the ones with small wheels and no cross bar suitable for a woman of 4'10". Don't mind doing a few small repairs and it doesn't need to look pretty just functional. Can collect.
