Picked this up from a fellow freegler last summer and unfortunately not being used as often as I would have liked. So would like to give this lonely chap a third chance at being placed somewhere he will be regularly punched!

Computer controlled
The dummy has a computer with which you can follow training programs. The lights on the dummy switch on in a certain order and show you where to punch or kick. With the programs you train alternately and dynamically, and therefore more effectively. You place the dummy on an even surface, fill the foot with water or sand up to 120 kg, so that the Slam Man is always firm and stable. Depending on your height, you can adjust the dummy's height, so that you always train at the right height.
