Tow bar extension (Underbarrow LA8)

I'm looking to make a tow bar extension for launching a boat. The pieces needed are a tow ball (50mm), steel coupling (50mm) and a suitable tube: approx 3m of 50mm square steel tube of 2.5 or 3mm wall thickness. Similar round tube might do. Thanks.
