Jump Start my Car (Worcester Park KT4)

Hi everyone, sorry to bother you. I have a flat battery. Is there anyone that happens to have jump leads and happy to help me out? I know how to jump start a car but don't have jump leads. Unfortunately my breakdown cover doesn't come home breakdown
