Single or double ring electric hob (Woodingdean)

My vulnerable friend needs to be able to cook in her one room place, and this would be possible if someone has a single or double ring mini portable electric hob (even better if it has a small oven underneath) that they no longer need. I can collect within reasonable distance of Brighton for her. Thank you in advance, Liz.
