Adult Tricycle or Exercise Bike (Avenel, NJ)

In need of an adult tricycle or exercise bike. I have developed bad knees and going to physical therapy can be costly. Looking to exercise from home and when it's nice outside I would like the adult tricycle to ride. I don't know how to ride a regular bike, that's why I'm asking for a tricycle.
