Shower tap-new but missing handle (Broadbridge Heath, RH12)

Brand new shower tap, on/off and temperature, ordered from Victoria Plum but ended up getting a replacement as it was sent without a handle and backing washers. These are pretty expensive and this one weighs a fair bit, will do someone a turn if they have or can get hold of a handle.
