Coffee machine (Bestwood Park Estate NG5)

Does still make coffees but won’t froth milk or kick any out. Maybe needs a service. But still makes black coffees from beans.
someone may be able to fix it?
I just spent £1000 on a new one so gifting this one if anyone can make use of it
