Table Lamp and Padded Chairs (Ottawa,Lowertown,Byward Market)

I am in need of a couple of Small Table Lamps(w/shades and almost the same as pictured,not similar but almost,for height)and just one Padded Chair,kitchen style(not exactly as pictured,but similar looking)padded for the Butt with high back rest,this would help tremendously.delivery would be greatly appreciated and helpful.Your "HELP" would be tremendous and grateful for me.Thank You!P.S.Je parle aussi tres bien en Francais,alors si vous avez quelque chose concernant l'annonce,contactez moi et ca me ferait un tres grand plaisir de traduire ou de repondre a vos questions.Merci!
