Cleaner is complete, and in a clean condition. Motor turns on and it has good suction.
However, the machine seems to spray too much of the cleaning liquid on the carpet, leaving the carpet too wet and showing wheel track marks when it dries.
Might be an easy repair, or could be used for spares.
