Broken unicorn rocking horse for repair (Stone Cross BN23)

My son has accidentally broken the neck on this lovely unicorn rocking horse, it may be fixable by someone with the creativity and time? It's an internal break so is unsafe to be used in its current state. Sound effects still work and base is sound.
