Old computer, working or not (79 & Lackman, Lenexa, KS)

I want to run an old program that will work only on Windows 98 or Windows XP, which are 20+ years old. If you have an old computer that you don't need (accessories or screen not necessary) or old laptop even if the battery is dead and must plug into outlet, I would be glad to have it. I have the program discs to install Win 98 and XP, and the program I need to run doesn't need much memory at all, so I would appreciate any age or condition Windows computer. If it doesn't work, please don't worry. I will still appreciate it and try my best to fix it to run this one program for a friend who needs it. I am willing to pick up anywhere near KC area.
