This is out at the corner of Grandview Dr & Morning View Dr in Fairport, if someone wants to come get it in the night. (The arm covers are tucked under the seat cushion so they don't blow away.)
Rowe brand arm chair. The seat bed sags on the left side (see photo), so you'll have to do a repair, and each of the arms have been indented, but other than that, it is a comfy chair.
