Wheelchair (Blackpool FY1)

I'm trying to support a refugee family and asking for a wheelchair in reasonable condition. The family arrived in the UK 10 days ago and one of the children cannot walk due to a disability. Mum can't go out and leave her child alone. I will be seeking support from various official government departments, but everything takes time to get through the system. A wheelchair will make an immediate positive difference to the family. I can collect on their behalf. Thank you so much in advance.
