Broken clothes airer (E18)

I have an old clothes airer that I am getting rid of, it doesn’t stand up anymore so is not really usable for drying clothes but may be suitable for another project? Let me know if you’re interested. The pictures are from before it gave up the ghost entirely, it now does not stand.
