Fuchsia plant - needing some TLC (Port of Rosyth KY11)

Sick little fuchsia plant (fuchsia bella maria) - needs a caring home to nurse it better. Has an infestation of little black flies and white flies. I've tried treating it many times with bio treatments, but I have clearly failed! Suitable for someone with green fingers and more patience than I have.
